இந்நிலையில் படத்தில் தற்போது அஞ்சலி இணைந்துள்ளார். இந்தப் படத்திற்கான முதற்கட்ட பணிகள் மும்மரமாக தொடங்கவுள்ளன. படப்பிடிப்பு சென்னை மற்றும் இந்தியாவில் உள்ள மலைப்பிரதேசங்களில் நடத்தப்படவுள்ளது.

Anjali will do a fantasy comedy for the first time, under Krishnan Jayaraj’s direction. This female-centric film will also star Yogi Babuand Ramar in pivotal roles. Says Krishnan, “It is a family entertainer, a comedy, with fantasy elements. Anjali and Yogi Babu will take the audiences into another world. Anjali plays a basketball player and coach. Yogi Babu and Ramar are her friends, and are in love with her. But we have ensured that this won’t be on the lines of Kolamavu Kokila. We will begin shooting from next month.” The film is set in a hill station and the team is still figuring out a location. “Anjali was very excited when she heard the script. She said that she usually takes time to finalise a film, but with this one, she was able to see herself in the character. Vishal Chandrasekhar will be scoring music and director KS Sinish will be bankrolling this project. We are still finalising other actors,” says Krishnan, who had earlier directed Sonna Puriyathu.
