உத்தரகாசி : உத்தர்காண்ட் மாநிலம் உத்திரகாசி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள சில்க்யரா சுரங்கத்தில் கடந்த நவம்பர் 12ஆம் தேதி ஏற்பட்ட நிலச்சரிவில் 41 கட்டுமானத் தொழிலாளர்கள் சிக்கிக் கொண்டனர். அவர்களை மீட்கும் பணி கடந்த 17 நாட்களாக நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. மீட்புப் பணியின் 16 வது நாளான நேற்று (நவ. 27) இயந்திரம் மூலம் இடிபாடுகளைத் துளையிடும் பணி நிறுத்தப்பட்டு, தொழிலாளர்களைக் கொண்டு துளையிடும் பணி நடைபெற்றது.

ஏறத்தாழ 24 மணி நேரம் தொடர்ந்த இந்த பணியில் 24 தொழிலாளர்கள் ஈடுபட்டனர். இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, எலிவளை சுரங்க முறையில் துளையிட்டு சுரங்கத்தில் சிக்கிக் கொண்டவர்களை மீட்கும் பணி நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. தொழிலாளர்கள் 2 மீட்டர் தூரத்தில் சிக்கி உள்ளதாகவும் விரைவில் மீடக்ப்படுவார்கள் என்றும் தேசிய பேரிடர் மீட்பு படை அதிகாரிகள் தெரிரிவித்து உள்ளனர்.
