ਹਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕੈਪੀਟਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਟਕੀਪਰ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ਼ ਰਿਸ਼ਭ ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਂਸ ਲਈ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੜ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।

ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, "ਸੀਜ਼ਨ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖ਼ਤਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਹਾਂ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਤਰਾਅ ਚੜਾਅ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਲੜਣ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਹੈ। ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਚਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਥ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ। ਸਾਡੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰਾ ਪਿਆਰ, ਅਸੀਂ ਮੁੜ ਵਾਪਸੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ।"ਪੰਤ ਨੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਰਾਤ ਖੇਡੇ ਗਏ ਫਾਈਨਲ ਵਿੱਚ 56 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਅਸ ਅਈਅਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ 96 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਕਰ ਟੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ 'ਤੇ 157 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮਾਨਜਨਕ ਸਕੋਰ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਮੁੰਬਈ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਟੀਚਾ 18.4 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜ ਵਿਕਟਾਂ ਗੁਆ ਕੇ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ।
