'ਜਾਨ' ਗੀਤ 'ਚ ਭੜਕਾਊ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਕਾਰਨ ਗਾਇਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ 'ਤੇ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ

ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਤੇ ਗੀਤਕਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਗੀਤ 'ਜਾਨ' ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਰ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਗਾਇਕ ਬਾਰਬੀ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵਾਂ ਗੀਤ 'ਜਾਨ' ਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਪਟਿਆਲਾ: ਗੀਤਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਬੰਦੂਕ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਇਲਜ਼ਾਮ ਹੇਠ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਤੇ ਗੀਤਕਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਦੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਗੀਤ 'ਜਾਨ' ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਰ ਕਲਾਕਾਰਾਂ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਵਲ ਲਾਈਨ ਵਿਖੇ ਦਰਜ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਵਿਕਰਮ ਜੀਤ ਦੁੱਗਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਗਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਗੀਤਕਾਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਆਈਪੀਸੀ ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 294 ਤੇ 540 ਤਹਿਤ ਦਰਜ ਮਾਮਲੇ 'ਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਨਾਮਜਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਗਾਇਕ ਬਾਰਬੀ ਮਾਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਨਵਾਂ ਗੀਤ 'ਜਾਨ' ਗਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ 'ਚ ਗੁਰਨੀਤ ਦੁਸਾਂਝ ਤੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਇਹ ਗੀਤ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਗੁਰੂਦੁਆਰਾ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿਰਸਾ ਨੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਅਤੇ ਗੀਤਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ, 'ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ 'ਕਿਸਾਨ ਐਨਥਮ' ਲਿਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਗਾਇਆ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੱਧੀ ਬਦਲਾਖੋਰੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਸਾਨੀ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਲਟਕਣ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਐਕਟ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਰਾੜ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੇਇਨਸਾਫੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਉਸਦੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੜੇ ਹਾਂ।'
