ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦੇ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੀਐੱਮ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਿਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਐਮਐਸਪੀ, ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁੱਦੇ, ਕਿਸਾਨ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੀਐੱਮ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਾ ਸਾਧਿਆ।
ਆਪਣੇ ਟਵੀਟ ’ਚ ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਕਣਕ ’ਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ ਘੱਟ 400 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਕੁਇੰਟਲ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਗਰਮੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ 30 ਤੋਂ 50 ਫੀਸਦ ਘੱਟ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ’ਤੇ ਕਣਕ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ 3500 ਰੁਪਏ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਤੁਲਨਾ ’ਚ 1500 ਰੁਪਏ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਹੈ। ਗਰੀਬ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ’ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਲਾਭ ਕਿਉਂ ਲੈਣਾ ਹੈ।

ਨਵਜੋਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਜੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਝੋਨਾ ਬੀਜਣ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਦੇਵੇ, ਦੇਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਮੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਮੁੱਲ ਘਟਦਾ ਹੈ। ਕੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਕਿਉਂ ਝੱਲਣੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਜੇਕਰ ਇਹ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਾਸਮਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਮੁੱਲ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਇਕ ਹੋਰ ਟਵੀਟ ’ਚ ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਰਨੇ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਮੰਡੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਰਨਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਓਵਰ ਡਰਾਫਟ ’ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੀਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਜਟ ਦੀ ਵੰਡ ਕਰਨਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਕੰਟ ਵੱਡਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿਗੜਦੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਸਰੇ ’ਤੇ ਚਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਕਰਾਅ ਦੀ ਰਾਹਤ ’ਤੇ ਨਾ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕਰਨ। ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਾਡੀ ਆਬਾਦੀ ਦਾ 60 ਫੀਸਦ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਦੀ ਰੀੜ੍ਹ ਦੀ ਹੱਡੀ ਹਨ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਲੜਾਈ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਿੱਤੀ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ 70 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।

ਸਿੱਧੂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਤੱਕ ਮੁਰਦਾਬਾਦ ਦਾ ਸਵਾਲ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਮਰ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਚ ਮੁਰਦਾਬਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਅੰਨਦਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਆਵਾਜ਼ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਣਨ। ਪਰ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਨਾ ਭੱਜਣ।
