ତେବେ ଟୋକିଓ ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ସ-୨୦୨୧ ରେ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଜେତା ନୀରୋଜ ଚୋପ୍ରା ଭାରତର ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ଖେଳାଳି ଭାବେ ଏହି ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଇଁ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ତାଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏୟାର ରାଇଫଲ ଅଭିନବ ବିନ୍ଦ୍ରା 2008ରେ ଲୌରିୟସ୍ ୱାର୍ଲ୍ଡ କ୍ରୀଡା ସମ୍ମାନ ପାଇଁ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ତେବେ 23 ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ନିରୋଜ ଜାଭଲିନରେ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଜିତି ଭାରତ ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ମାନ ଆଣିଥିଲେ । ଟୋକିଓରେ ଡେବ୍ୟୁ ସହ 87.58 ମିଟର ଜାଭଲିନ ଫିଙ୍ଗି ରେକର୍ଡ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଥିଲେ ।
