ମନୁଙ୍କୁ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀରୁ ଭୋପାଳ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବାର ଥିଲା । ଏୟାର ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର 437 ନଂ ବିମାନରେ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ବନ୍ଧୁକ ନେଇ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଥିବାରୁ ବାରଣ କରିଥିଲେ ବିମାନବନ୍ଦର କର୍ତ୍ତୃପକ୍ଷ ଓ ଅପରାଧି ଭଳି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମନୁ । ତେବେ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକୀୟ ଡକ୍ୟମେଣ୍ଟ ଥିବା ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିମାନରେ ଯିବାକୁ ଦେଇନଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରିଛନ୍ତି ମନୁ ।
