ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଇରାନ ଯୋଡି ଗୋଲନ୍ୟୁସ ସେବଘାଟୋହି ଓ ଜାଭେଦ ଫର୍ୟୁଘିଙ୍କୁ 17-13ରେ ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି ଭାରତୀୟ ଯୋଡି । ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ପ୍ରଥମ ଭାଗରେ ଇରାନ ଖେଳାଳି ମନୁ ଓ ସୌରଭଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଏକ ସମୟରେ 10-6ରେ ଆଗରେ ରହିଥିଲେ । ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଇ ଭାରତୀୟ ସୁଟର କମବ୍ୟାକ କରିବାକୁ ବିଳମ୍ବ କରିନଥିଲେ । 10-10 ସ୍କୋର କରିବା ସହ ବିଜୟ ନିଶ୍ଚିନ୍ତ କରିଥିଲେ । ବିଶ୍ବକପରେ ଏହି ଯୋଡି ଭାରତକୁ ପଞ୍ଚମ ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଭେଟି ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।
