ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କଡ଼ାକଡ଼ି କରାଯାଇଛି । ବିଶ୍ବକପ ପାଇଁ 20 ପ୍ଲାଟୁନ ଫୋର୍ସ ମୁତୟନ ହେବେ ସହ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦାୟିତ୍ବରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର DCP । 16ଟି ଟିମ ପାଇଁ 10ଟି ହୋଟେଲରେ ରହଣୀର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହୋଇଛି ।

ଖେଳାଳିଙ୍କୁ ନେବା ପାଇଁ OSRTC ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ବସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରାଯାଇଛି । ଖାସ୍‌ କଥା ହେଉଛି ମାର୍ଗଶୀର ମାସ ଗୁରୁବାର ମାଣବସା ଝୋଟି ଚିତା, ଯାହା ଓଡିଆ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ଚିତ୍ରକଳାର ପରିଚୟ ସେସବୁ ବସ୍‌ରେ ଚିତ୍ରିତ ହୋଇଛି । ବିଦେଶୀ ଖେଳାଳି ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ପୂଜା ପାର୍ବଣ ସହ ସଂସ୍କୃତି ଓ ଚିତ୍ରକଳାକୁ ବିଦେଶୀ ଖେଳାଳିଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରିଛି OSRTC ।
