ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ଦିନକୁ ଦିନ ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଉପରେ ଋଷର ଆକ୍ରମଣ ବଢିଚାଲିଛି । ୟୁକ୍ରେନର ମାରିୟୁପୋଲ ସହରରେ ଏକ ଶିଶୁ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଉପରେ ଗତକାଲି(ବୁଧବାର) ଋଷ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଛି । ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଫଳରେ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲଟି ସମ୍ପୁର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଧ୍ବସଂ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଯାହାକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଛି ଜାତିସଂଘ ।

ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଉପରେ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଫଳରେ 10ରୁ ଅଧିକ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ 16 ଜଣ ଆହତ ହୋଇଥିବା ନେଇ ସୂଚନା ରହିଛି । ଶିଶୁ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲ ଉପରେ ଋଷର ଆକ୍ରମଣକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରି ଏହା ଏକ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅମାନୁଷିକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବୋଲି କହିଛି ଜାତିସଂଘ । ମିଳିତ ଜାତିସଂଘର ସେକ୍ରେଟେରୀ ଜେନେରାଲ୍ ଆଣ୍ଟୋନିଓ ଗୁଟେରସ୍ ଏ ନେଇ ଏକ ଟ୍ବିଟ୍ କରି ଋଷକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିବା ସହ ଏପରି ହିଂସା ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।
ପାଶ୍ଚାତ୍ୟ ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ରୁଷର ଏପରି ଆଚରଣକୁ ତୀବ୍ର ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଛି । ଆଣ୍ଟୋନିଓ ଗୁଟେରସ୍ ଆହୁରି କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଏହି ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣ ନାଗରିକଙ୍କୁ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ଦେବାକୁ ପଡୁଛି । ଏହି ଅଜ୍ଞାନ ହିଂସା ଓ ରକ୍ତପାତର ଅନ୍ତଃ ଘଟାନ୍ତୁ । ଏହି ଘଟଣାକୁ ନେଇ ବିଶ୍ବ ସ୍ବାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ସଙ୍ଗଠନ ସତର୍କ କରାଇଥିଲେ ।
