Security Breach in Parliament: ସଂସଦରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବିଭ୍ରାଟ ପରେ ରାଜନୀତି ଜୋର । 4ଟାରେ ଫ୍ଲୋର ଲିଡରଙ୍କ ବୈଠକ ଡାକିଲେ ବାଚସ୍ପତି ବିର୍ଲା । 4 ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ଗିରଫ । ବନ୍ଦ ହେଲା ଦର୍ଶକ ଗ୍ୟାଲେରୀକୁ ଭିଜିଟର ପାସ । ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଅଧିକ ପଢନ୍ତୁ

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: 2001 ମସିହା ସଂସଦ ଆକ୍ରମଣ ଘଟଣାକୁ 22 ବର୍ଷ ପୂର୍ତ୍ତି ଅବସରରେ ଶହୀଦଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ନେତାମାନେ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଦେବାର କିଛି ଘଣ୍ଟା ପରେ ଲୋକସଭାରେ ପଶିଲେ ସନ୍ଦିଗ୍ଧ । କଲର ବମ ମାଡ କଲେ, ଗୃହରେ ଉତ୍ପାତ କଲେ । ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ଭୟରେ ଏଣେତେଣେ ଧାଇଁଲେ, ଲୋକସଭାକୁ ତୁରନ୍ତ ମୁଲତବୀ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିଲା । ଏବେ ଏହି ଘଟଣାରେ ଗୃହରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିବା ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନକାରୀଙ୍କ ସମେତ ମୋଟ 4 ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇ ସାରିଛି । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇନଟେଲିଜେନ୍ସି ବ୍ୟୁରୋ (ଆଇବି) ଜେରା କରୁଛି । ଫୋରେନସିକ ଲ୍ୟାବର ଟିମ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆକ୍ରମଣରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର ହୋଇଥିବା କଲର ବମର ନମୂନା ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିଛି । ସଂସଦ ଭବନ ଓ ଏହାର ଆଖପାଖ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ମଧ୍ୟ କଡାକଡି କରାଯାଇଛି । ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ପୋଲିସ କମିଶନର ଓ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦାୟିତ୍ବରେ ଥିବା ସିଆରପିଏଫର ଡିଜି ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚିଛନ୍ତି ।

ତେବେ ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ବିରୋଧୀ ତଦନ୍ତ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ରାଜ୍ୟସଭାରେ କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ମଲ୍ଲିକାର୍ଜୁନ ଖଡଗେ ଗୃହ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ଦାବି କରିବା ସହ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଗୃହମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଅମିତ ଶାହଙ୍କ ବିବୃତ୍ତି ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି । କଂଗ୍ରେସ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ନେତା କେ.ସି ବେଣୁଗୋପାଲ, ଲୋକସଭାରେ ଦଳର ଫ୍ଲୋର ଲିଡର ଅଧୀର ରଞ୍ଜନ ଚୌଧୁରୀ, ସାଂସଦ କାର୍ତ୍ତି ଚିଦାମ୍ବରମ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ମଧ୍ୟ ଘଟଣାକୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟଜନକ କହିବା ସହ ତଦନ୍ତ ଦାବି କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଲୋକସଭା ବାଚସ୍ପତି ଓମ ବିର୍ଲା ସମସ୍ତ ଦଳର ଫ୍ଲୋରଲିଡରଙ୍କ ବୈଠକ ଡାକିଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ବୈଠକ ଅପରାହ୍ନ 4ଟାରେ ସଂସଦ ପରିସରରେ ହେବାକୁ ଯାଉଛି । ସଂସଦ ଭବନ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ସହିତ ଜଡିତ ଆଉ ଏକ ବଡ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏବେ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ଆଉ ଭିଜିଟର ପାସ ଓ ଦର୍ଶକ ଗ୍ୟାଲେରୀକୁ ସାଧାରଣ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ ଟିକେଟ ମିଳିବ ନାହିଁ ବୋଲି ଜଣାପଡିଛି ।

ଆଜି ଅପରାହ୍ନ ପ୍ରାୟ 1.13 ମିନିଟରେ ସଂସଦ ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିଲେ 2 ଜଣ ଯୁବକ । ଲୋକସଭା ଦର୍ଶକ ଗ୍ୟାଲେରୀରୁ ଗୃହ ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ଡେଇଁବା ସହ ଗୃହରେ କଲର ବମ ମାଡ କରିଥିଲେ । ଗୃହର ପୁରା ପରିବେଶ ହଳଦିଆ ରଙ୍ଗରେ ଧୂଆଁଳିଆ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିଲା । ଗୃହ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ହଠାତ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବାକୁ ପଡିଥିଲା । ସାଂସଦମାନେ ଭୟଭୀତ ହୋଇପଡିଥିଲେ । ଗୃହରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଥିବା ଦୁଇ ଅଭିଯୁକ୍ତ ନିଲମ ସିଂ ଓ ଅମୋଲ ସିନ୍ଦେଙ୍କ ସମେତ ମୋଟ 4 ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଗିରଫ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହା ଆତଙ୍କୀ ହମଲା ନୁହେଁ ବୋଲି ପୋଲିସ ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରିଥିଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସଂସଦରେ ଏତେ ବଡ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ତ୍ରୁଟି ଦେଶକୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ସ୍ତବ୍ଦ କରିଛି ।
