ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ନୂଆ ମାମଲାରେ ଫସି ଚାଲିଛନ୍ତି ଗିରଫ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ମହମ୍ମଦ ଜୁବେର । ଏବେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇ ଜେଲରେ ଥିବା ଜୁବେରଙ୍କୁ ଗତ ବର୍ଷ (2021)ର ଏକ ପୁରୁଣା ମାମଲାରେ ସମନ ଜାରି କରିଛି ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ପୋଲିସ । ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଲଖିମପୁର ଥାନାରେ ଜୁବେରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏକ ଘରୋଇ ନ୍ୟୁଜ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ଏହି ମାମଲା ଦାଏର କରିଥିଲା ।

2021 ମେ’14 ତାରିଖରେ ଜୁବେର ଉକ୍ତ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ସଂସ୍ଥା ବିରୋଧରେ ଆପତ୍ତିିଜନକ ଚ୍ବିଟ କରିଥିବା ନେଇ ଥାନାରେ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ସଂସ୍ଥାର ଜଣେ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଆଶିଷ କଟିୟାର ଜୁବେର, ତାଙ୍କ ସଂସ୍ଥା ବିରୋଧରେ ଏମିତି ଟ୍ବିଟ କରି ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିକର ତଥ୍ୟ ଦେଉଥିବା ଅଭିଯୋଗରେ ଥାନାରେ ଦ୍ବାରସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।

ଏହି ଟ୍ବିଟରେ ଜୁବେର ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ-ପାଲେଷ୍ଟାଇନ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ଉକ୍ତ ଚ୍ୟାନେଲ ପ୍ରସାରିତ କରିଥିବା କିଛି ଖବରକୁ ସମାଲୋଚନା କରି କିଛି ବିବୃତ୍ତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଉକ୍ତ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ଦ୍ବାରା ଭୁଲ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଭିଡିଓ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ସରକାର ଓ ପୋଲିସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରନ୍ତୁ ବୋଲି ସେତେବେଳେ ଜୁବେର ଟ୍ବିଟ କରିଥିଲେ । ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଉକ୍ତ ଗଣମାଧ୍ୟମ ସଂସ୍ଥା ଜୁବେରଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଥାନାର ଦ୍ବାରସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଏହି ମାମଲାରେ ଏବେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ପ୍ରଦେଶ ଲଖିମପୁର ପୋଲିସ ସମନ ଜାରି କରିଛି । ମହମ୍ମଦ ଜୁବେର ଗତମାସ (ଜୁନ) 27ରେ ଗିରଫ ହୋଇ ଜେଲରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ।
