ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ସଶକ୍ତ ହେବ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା । ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗ ପାଇଁ ମିଳିବ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନର ସୁଯୋଗ । ଆଗାମୀ ୫ ବର୍ଷରେ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ ୫୦ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା । ନୂତନ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୀତି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ ଖୁବଶିଘ୍ର ଗଠନ ହେବା ନେଇ ଲୋକସଭାରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଶିକ୍ଷାମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ।

ଜାତୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୀତି( NEP) ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ସରକାର ୫୦ ହଜାର କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବୟ ଅଟକଳରେ ଆଗାମୀ ୫ ବର୍ଷ ପାଇଁ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରିବା ସହିତ ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ଭାରତ ଗଠନ ପାଇଁ ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା ହେବ ବୋଲି କହିଛନ୍ତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ।
ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ ପାଇଁ ପାଞ୍ଚ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ 50,000 କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ବ୍ୟୟ ଅଟକଳ ନେଇ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ବଜେଟ ଅଧିବେଶନରେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ଦେଇଥିଲେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନିର୍ମଳା ସୀତାରମଣ। ଦେଶର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ ଇକୋସିଷ୍ଟମକୁ ସୁଦୃଢ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି କହିଥିଲେ କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ।
୧୬ ଅଗଷ୍ଟ ୨୦୨୦ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ଦିବସ ଅବସରରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଲାଲକିଲା ସମ୍ବୋଧନରେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପାଇଥିଲା ନ୍ୟାସନାଲ ରିସର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନ(NRF) । ନୂତନ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୀତି ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ପରିକଳ୍ପିତ ଫାଉଣ୍ଡେସନକୁ ଖୁବଶିଘ୍ର ଗଠନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ଦେଶବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦେଇଥିଲେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ । ଏଇପି ଅଧିନରେ ଏହା ସବୁଠୁ ବଡ ଘୋଷଣା ଥିଲା । ଏହା ଭାରତରେ ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନର ଗୁଣବତ୍ତା ଫଣ୍ଡିଂ, ନିର୍ମାଣକୁ ତଦାରଖ କରିବ । ଭାରତରେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଷ୍ଟ୍ରିମ୍ରେ ଗବେଷଣା କରୁଥିବା ଗବେଷକଙ୍କୁ ଫଣ୍ଡ ଉପଲବ୍ଧ କରିବା ଏନଆରଏଫର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ।
