ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂଙ୍କ ଆଜି ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଘୋଷଣା । ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ହେବ ଭାରତ। ଦେଶରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଉପକରଣର ଉତ୍ପାଦନକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯିବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି । ଏଥିପାଇଁ 101ଟି ଉପକରଣ ଭାରତରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବ । ଏହି ଉପକରଣ ଉପରେ ଆମଦାନୀ ବ୍ୟାନ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଏନେଇ ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂ ନିଜେ ଟ୍ବିଟ ଯୋଗେ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ବ୍ୟାନ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ତାଲିକାରେ କେବଳ କିଛି ପାର୍ଟ ନୁହେଁ, ଉଚ୍ଚ-ବୈଷୟିକ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ଯେପରିକି ଆକ୍ରମଣକାରୀ ରାଇଫଲ, ସୋନାର ସିଷ୍ଟମ, ପରିବହନ ବିମାନ, LCH, ରାଡାର୍ସ ଓ ଟ୍ୟାଙ୍କ, ଆର୍ଟିଲେରୀ ଗନ, ଲାଇଟ କମ୍ବାଟ, ହେଲକପ୍ଟର, ଆସୋଲ୍ଟ ରାଇଫେଲ, ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ବିମାନ ରହିଛି । 2020ରୁ 2024 ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏହି ସାମଗ୍ରୀ ଆମଦାନୀ ଉପରେ ରୋକ ଲାଗିବ ।

ଲଦାଖରେ ଥିବା ଆକ୍ଟୁଆଲ୍ ଲାଇନ୍ ଅଫ୍ କଣ୍ଟ୍ରୋଲ୍ (LAC) କୁ ନେଇ ଚୀନ୍ ସହ ତିକ୍ତତା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବୋଲି ବିବେଚନା କରାଯାଉଛି।

ଏହି ଘୋଷଣା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏକ ଟ୍ବିଟ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଆଜି ସକାଳ 10 ଟାରେ ଏକ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଘୋଷଣା କରିବେ ବୋଲି। ଏହି ସମୟରେ ଚୀନ୍‌ରୁ ଆମଦାନୀ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ନକାରାତ୍ମକ ତାଲିକା ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିପାରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କଳ୍ପନାଜଳ୍ପନା କରାଯାଉଥିଲା।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାଳୟ ଚୀନ୍ ସହିତ ଦୀର୍ଘ ସମୟ ଧରି ବିବାଦ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଛି । କାରଣ ପାଙ୍ଗୋଙ୍ଗ ହ୍ରଦ ଉପରେ LAC ଉପରେ ଭାରତ ଏବଂ ଚୀନ୍ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆଲୋଚନା ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ଏପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କୌଣସି ସମାଧାନ ହୋଇପାରି ନାହିଁ। ଏହି କାରଣରୁ, ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ବିଷୟରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଆଲୋଚନାରେ ଅବରୋଧ ଜାରି ରହିଛି ।
