ଇନ୍ଦୋର: ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରେ ଏବେ ବଢି ଚାଲିଛି ସ୍ବାଇନ ଫ୍ଲୁ । ଏଥିରୁ ବାଦ ପଡିନି ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶ । ରାଜ୍ୟର ଇନ୍ଦୋର ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ କାୟା ବିସ୍ତାର କରିଚାଲିଛି ମାରାତ୍ମକ ସ୍ବାଇନ ଫ୍ଲୁ । ଏଥିରେ 4 ଜଣ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଛି । ଚଳିତବର୍ଷ ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ମୋଟ 28 ଜଣ ସ୍ବାଇନ ଫ୍ଲୁରେ ପ୍ରାଣ ହରାଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଚାରି ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନାରେ 27ରୁ 63 ବର୍ଷୀୟ ମହିଳାଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଥିବା ଡାକ୍ତରଖାନା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଜଣାପଡିଛି । ମୋଟ 94 ସ୍ବାଇନ ଫ୍ଲୁ ରୋଗୀ ଚିହ୍ନଟ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ 28 ଜଣଙ୍କର ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିସାରିଛି । ମୃତକଙ୍କ ଭିତରୁ 11 ଜଣ ଇନ୍ଦୋରର ନୁହଁନ୍ତି । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କେବଳ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇଁ ଇନ୍ଦୋରରେ ଥିବା ହସ୍ପିଟାଲକୁ ଅଣାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଭୂତାଣୁ ଜନିତ ରୋଗ । ପାଣିପାଗ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଅନୁସାରେ ଏଚ-1 ଓଏନ-1 ଭୂତାଣୁ ସକ୍ରିୟ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ଏହା ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ରୋଗଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିର ନିଶ୍ବାସ ପ୍ରଶ୍ବାସ, ଛିଙ୍କ, କାଶ ଦ୍ବାରା ଜଣେ ସୁସ୍ଥ ଲୋକର ଶରୀରରେ ସଂକ୍ରମିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।

Representatives present at the regular session of the UN Conference on Disarmament in Geneva on Tuesday called for continued implementation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty for international cooperation and security, from which the United States is withdrawing.
At the session, the participants expressed concern over the U.S. withdrawal from the treaty and called on all countries to earnestly safeguard the multilateral disarmament negotiating system in the context of the deteriorating global security environment.
The U.S. disarmament ambassador stressed that the United States had to start the withdrawal process because of what he called Russia's long-term violation of the INF Treaty.
The Russian representative emphasized that although the U.S. had begun the process of withdrawing from the treaty, Russia would not deploy medium- or long-range missiles in Europe and elsewhere.
Representatives of countries including Egypt, Ireland, France, Indonesia, Mexico and South Africa also made statements at the conference, calling on the U.S. and Russia to continue to implement the treaty in earnest and conduct in-depth dialog.

The UN Conference on Disarmament, established in 1979, is the only multilateral disarmament negotiating platform of the international community which holds three regular sessions each year.
