कौतुकास्पद..! 'बर्थडे बॉय' गंभीर उचलणार १०० शहीद जवानांच्या मुलांचा खर्च

गंभीरने आपल्या ट्विटर अकाऊंटवरुन याबद्दलची माहिती दिली आहे. या सर्व मुलांच्या वडिलांना देशासाठी वीरमरण पत्कारलं. यासाठी आपण त्याचे कायम ऋणी राहणार आहोत हे दाखवण्याची वेळ आली आहे, असे म्हणत गंभीरने या नविन उपक्रमाबद्दल घोषणा केली आहे.

नवी दिल्ली - भारतीय संघाचा माजी क्रिकेटपटू आणि भाजपचा खासदार गौतम गंभीरने आपल्या वाढदिवसाच्या निमित्ताने एक कौतुकास्पद पाऊल उचलले आहे. त्याने 'गौतम गंभीर फाऊंडेशन'च्या माध्यमातून, १०० शहीद जवानांच्या मुलांचा सर्व खर्च उचलणार असल्याची माहिती दिली आहे.

गौतम गंभीरने यापूर्वी अनेक वेळा अशीच मदत केली आहे. गंभीरचा आज वाढदिवसत असून त्या निमित्ताने त्याने हा स्तुत्य उपक्रमाला सुरूवात केली आहे. दरम्यान, गौतम गंभीरने आज वयाच्या ३९ व्या वर्षात पदार्पण केले आहे. गंभीरचा जन्म १४ ऑक्टोबर १९८१ साली दिल्लीमध्ये झाला. डावखुऱ्या हाताने फलंदाजी करत गंभीरने क्रिकेटविश्वात अनेक विक्रमांना गवसणी घातली आहे.
