സിനിമാരംഗത്തുള്ളവരും കലാ- കായിക മേഖലയിലുള്ളവരും രാഷ്‌ട്രീയ നേതാക്കളും സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ ഇർഫാന്‍റെ വേർപാടിൽ അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി.

വൻകുടലിലെ അണുബാധയെ തുടർന്ന്​ നടന്‍ ഇര്‍ഫാന്‍ ഖാനെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചെന്നുവെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞതിന് തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ അദ്ദേഹം മരിച്ചുവെന്ന തരത്തിലും സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങളിലൂടെ വാർത്തകൾ പ്രചരിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ, ഇത് നിഷേധിച്ച് താരത്തിന്‍റെ വക്താവ് ഇന്ന് രാവിലെ പ്രതികരണം അറിയിച്ചപ്പോൾ ആരാധകരും ആശ്വാസത്തിലായി. എന്നാൽ, പ്രാർത്ഥനയും പ്രതീക്ഷയും വിഫലമാക്കി ബോളിവുഡിന്‍റെ പ്രിയതാരം വിടവാങ്ങിയതോടെ അത് സിനിമാലോകത്തിന് തീരാ നഷ്‌ടമായി മാറി. അകാലത്തിൽ പൊലിഞ്ഞ അഭിനയവിസ്‌മയത്തിന് അനുശോചനം രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സിനിമാരംഗത്തുള്ളവരും കലാ- കായിക മേഖലയിലുള്ളവരും രാഷ്‌ട്രീയ നേതാക്കളും എത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കേ​ന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രി പ്രകാശ്​ ജാവദേക്കർ, ഡൽഹി മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി അരവിന്ദ്‌ കെജ്‌രിവാൾ, കോൺഗ്രസ്​ നേതാവ്​ രാഹുൽ ഗാന്ധി, സച്ചിൻ തെണ്ടുൽക്കർ, സിനിമാ രംഗത്ത് നിന്നും അമിതാഭ് ബച്ചൻ, ആമിർ ഖാൻ, അക്ഷയ്​ കുമാർ, മോഹൻലാൽ, പൃഥിരാജ്, കമൽ ഹാസൻ, മമ്മൂട്ടി തുടങ്ങി നിരവധി പേരാണ് സമൂഹമാധ്യമങ്ങൾ വഴി താരത്തിന് അനുശോചനം അറിയിച്ചത്.
