ന്യൂഡൽഹി: മുൻ കോൺഗ്രസ് നേതാവ് പിസി ചാക്കോ എൻസിപിയിൽ ചേർന്നു. പാർട്ടി തലവൻ ശരദ് പവാറിൽ നിന്നും അംഗത്വം സ്വീകരിച്ചു.
