ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹി: എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാര്‍ക്കും ഓണാശംസകള്‍ നേര്‍ന്ന് രാഷ്ട്രപതി രാം നാഥ് കോവിന്ദ്. വിളവെടുപ്പിന്‍റെ ഉത്സവമാണ് ഓണമെന്നും കര്‍ഷകരുടെ അശ്രാന്ത പരിശ്രമമാണ് ഇതിലൂടെ ഉയര്‍ത്തി കാട്ടുന്നതെന്നും രാഷ്ട്രപതി പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രകൃതിയോടുള്ള നന്ദി പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള അവസരമാണിതെന്നും രാഷ്ട്രപതി ഓര്‍മിപ്പിച്ചു.
'എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാർക്കും ഓണാശംസകൾ. പുതിയ വിളവെടുപ്പിന്‍റെ ആഘോഷമാണ് ഓണം. കർഷകരുടെ അശ്രാന്ത പരിശ്രമത്തെയാണ് ഇതിലൂടെ ഉയർത്തിക്കാട്ടുന്നത്. പ്രകൃതിയോട് നന്ദി പ്രകടിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള ഒരു അവസരമാണിത്.' എല്ലാ പൗരന്മാർക്കും സമൃദ്ധിയും പുരോഗതിയും ആശംസിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് രാഷ്ട്രപതി ഭവന്‍ ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്‌തു.

നേരത്തെ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയും ഓണാശംസകള്‍ നേര്‍ന്നിരുന്നു. മലയാളത്തിലായിരുന്നു പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിയുടെ ആശംസ. 'ഓണത്തിന്‍റെ പ്രത്യേകവേളയിൽ, ഉത്സാഹവും സാഹോദര്യവും ഐക്യവും ചേർന്ന ഉത്സവത്തിന് ആശംസകൾ. ഏവരുടെയും നല്ല ആരോഗ്യത്തിനും ക്ഷേമത്തിനും വേണ്ടി ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു,' പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ട്വിറ്ററില്‍ കുറിച്ചു.
