ഭീമ കൊരേഗാവ് കേസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ കസ്റ്റഡിൽ കഴിയുകയായിരുന്നു

ഹൈദരാബാദ്: ഭീമ കൊരേഗാവ് കേസുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ കസ്റ്റഡിൽ കഴിയുന്ന വിപ്ലവ തെലുങ്ക് കവിയും എഴുത്തുകാരനുമായ വരവര റാവുവിനെ മുംബൈയിലെ ജെജെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. ഹൈദരാബാദ് പൊലീസ് കമ്മിഷണർ അഞ്ജനി കുമാർ വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച രാത്രി ഇദ്ദേഹത്തിന്‍റെ കുടുംബത്തെ വിവരമറിയിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. റാവുവിനെയും ഡൽഹി യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി പ്രൊഫസർ ജിഎൻ സായിബാബയെയും ഉടൻ മോചിപ്പിക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് പ്രതിഷേധ പ്രകടനങ്ങൾ നടക്കുന്നതിനിടെയാണ് ഇദ്ദേഹത്തെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ജയിലുകളിലെ കൊവിഡ് 19 ഭീഷണിയും കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങൾ ചൂണ്ടിക്കാട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്.

2018 നവംബറിലാണ് 80കാരനായ വരവര റാവുവിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്. ജാമ്യത്തിലോ പരോളിലോ വിട്ടയക്കണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് വരവര റാവുവിന്‍റെ മൂന്ന് പെൺമക്കൾ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര ഗവർണർക്കും മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിക്കും ബോംബെ ഹൈക്കോടതി ചീഫ് ജസ്റ്റിസിനും കത്തയച്ചിരുന്നു. വരവര റാവുവിന്‍റെ ആരോഗ്യസ്ഥിതിയും കൊവിഡ് 19 ആശങ്കയും കണക്കിലെടുത്ത് പരോളിൽ വിട്ടയക്കണമെന്ന് ഇന്ത്യൻ ജേണലിസ്റ്റ് യൂണിയൻ (ഐജെയു), തെലങ്കാന സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഓഫ് യൂണിയൻ ഓഫ് വർക്കിംഗ് ജേണലിസ്റ്റ് (ടിഎസ്‌യുഡബ്ല്യുജെ) എന്നിവർ മഹാരാഷ്ട്ര സർക്കാരിനോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
