അമരാവതി: രാജ്യത്തെ നടുക്കിയ വിശാഖപട്ടണം വാതക ദുരന്തത്തിൽ അനുശോചനം അറിയിച്ച് നിരവധി ദേശീയ നേതാക്കൾ രംഗത്തെത്തി. ആന്ധ്രപ്രദേശിലെ വിശാഖപട്ടണത്തിന് സമീപം ഗ്യാസ് പ്ലാന്‍റിലുണ്ടായ വാതകചോര്‍ച്ചയെ തുടര്‍ന്ന് ഒമ്പത് പേരാണ് ഇതിനോടകം മരിച്ചത്. എണ്ണൂറിലധികം ആളുകളെ വിവിധ ആശുപത്രികളിലായി പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. 1000-1500 ആളുകളെ പ്രദേശത്ത് നിന്നും ഒഴിപ്പിച്ചു.
