ജമ്മുവിൽ ഡിഡിസി വോട്ടെണ്ണലിന്‌ മുൻപ് 20 നേതാക്കളെ വീട്ട്‌ തടങ്കലിലാക്കി

അതേസമയം ബിജെപിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഗുണ്ടാരാജാണ്‌ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത്‌ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നതെന്ന്‌ പിഡിപി പ്രസിഡന്‍റും മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ മെഹബൂബ മുഫ്തി പറഞ്ഞു.

ശ്രീനഗർ: ജമ്മുവിൽ ജില്ലാ വികസന കൗൺസിൽ (ഡിഡിസി) വോട്ടെണ്ണലിന്‌ മുൻപ്‌ മൂന്ന്‌ മുതിർന്ന പിഡിപി പ്രവർത്തകർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ 20 നേതാക്കളെ വീട്ട്‌ തടങ്കലിലാക്കിയതായി റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ . ഇന്ന്‌ വോട്ടെണ്ണൽ നടക്കുന്ന പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിലാണ്‌ നടപടി. അതേസമയം ബിജെപിയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലുള്ള ഗുണ്ടാരാജാണ്‌ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത്‌ നിലനിൽക്കുന്നതെന്ന്‌ പിഡിപി പ്രസിഡന്‍റും മുൻ മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയുമായ മെഹബൂബ മുഫ്തി പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രതിപക്ഷത്തെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കാൻ കേന്ദ്രസർക്കാർ നിയമവിരുദ്ധമായ തടവ്‌ പതിവാക്കിയിരിക്കുകയാണെന്നും മെഹബൂബ ആരോപിച്ചു.

പാർട്ടിയുടെ മൂന്ന് മുതിർന്ന നേതാക്കളായ സർതാജ് മദ്‌നി, മൻസൂർ ഹുസൈൻ, നയീം അക്തർ എന്നിവരും വീട്ടുതടങ്കലിലാണ്. ജമ്മുവിൽ ജനാധിപത്യത്തെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കിയെന്നും നിയമ വാഴ്‌ച്ചയില്ലെന്നും മെഹബൂബ പറഞ്ഞു. നവംബർ 28 മുതലാണ് ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിൽ ഡിഡിസി തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ആരഭിച്ചത്. ഡിസംബർ 19 നായിരുന്നു അവസാനവട്ട വോട്ടെടുപ്പ്. ജമ്മു കശ്മീരിന്റെ പ്രത്യേക പദവി എടുത്തുകളഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷം ആദ്യമായി നടക്കുന്ന തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിനെ വളരെ പ്രതീക്ഷയോടെയാണ് ജനങ്ങളും രാഷ്ട്രീയ പാർട്ടികളും ഉറ്റുനോക്കുന്നത്.
