ന്യൂഡൽഹി: മുൻ കേന്ദ്രമന്ത്രിയും ബിജെപി നേതാവുമായിരുന്ന ജസ്വന്ത് സിങ് അന്തരിച്ചു. 82 വയസായിരുന്നു. വാജ്പേയി മന്ത്രിസഭയില്‍ അംഗമായിരുന്നു. പ്രതിരോധം, വിദേശകാര്യം, ധനകാര്യം എന്നീ വകുപ്പുകള്‍ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്‌തു. നഷ്ടമായത് സൈനികനായും രാഷ്ട്രീയത്തിലൂടെയും രാജ്യത്തെ സേവിച്ച വ്യക്തിയെയെന്ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി ട്വിറ്ററിൽ കുറിച്ചു. രാജസ്ഥാന്‍ ബിജെപിയെ ശാക്തീകരിച്ച നേതാവായിരുന്നു ജസ്വന്ത് സിംഗ് എന്ന് രാജ്‌നാഥ് സിങ് ട്വീറ്റ് ചെയ്‌തു.
