മിനിമം ഓൾട്ടര്‍നേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് 18.5ല്‍ നിന്ന് 15 ശതമാനമായി കുറച്ചു. ധനമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ ഓഹരി വിപണിയില്‍ വൻ കുതിച്ചുകയറ്റം

പനാജി: ആഭ്യന്തര കമ്പനികൾക്കുള്ള കോര്‍പറേറ്റ് നികുത്തിയില്‍ ഇളവ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ച് ധനമന്ത്രി നിര്‍മലാ സീതാരാമൻ. ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ഇളവുകളും വാങ്ങാത്ത ആഭ്യന്തര കമ്പനികൾക്ക് 22 ശതമാനം നികുതി. ഈ തരം കമ്പനികൾ മിനിമം ഓൾട്ടര്‍നേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് നല്‍കേണ്ടതില്ല.

ആദായ നികുതി ഇനത്തിലും ഭേദഗതി കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്ന് നിര്‍ണായക ജി എസ് ടി കൗൺസില്‍ യോഗത്തിന് മുൻപ് നടത്തിയ വാര്‍ത്താ സമ്മേളനത്തില്‍ ധനമന്ത്രിയുടെ പ്രഖ്യപനം. മിനിമം ഓൾട്ടര്‍നേറ്റ് ടാക്സ് 18.5ല്‍ നിന്ന് 15 ശതമാനമായി കുറച്ചു. ഒക്ടോബര്‍ ഒന്ന് മുതല്‍ തുടങ്ങുന്ന കമ്പനികൾക്ക് 2023 വരെ 15 ശതമാനം നികുതി. ഒക്ടോബറിന് മുൻപ് ഉത്പാദനം തുടങ്ങുന്ന കമ്പനികൾക്ക് നികുതി ലഭിക്കും. സാമ്പത്തിക വളര്‍ച്ച പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് ആദായ നികുതി നിയമത്തില്‍ 2019- 2020 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം മുതല്‍ പുതിയ വ്യവസ്ഥ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. നികുതി നിയമത്തില്‍ ഭേദഗതിക്ക് ഓര്‍ഡിനൻസ് കൊണ്ടുവരുമെന്നും ധനമന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. പ്രഖ്യാപനത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ ഓഹരി വിപണയില്‍ വൻ മുന്നേറ്റമാണുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നത്. സെൻസെക്സ് 16000 പോയിന്‍റ് നേട്ടമുണ്ടാക്കി.
