അഞ്ച് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ കൂടി 'വൺ നേഷൻ-വൺ റേഷൻ കാർഡ്' പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി

പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ 17 സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെയും കേന്ദ്രഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെയും 60 കോടി ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ സഹായിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഭക്ഷ്യമന്ത്രി രാം വിലാസ് പാസ്വാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. ജൂൺ ഒന്ന് മുതൽ രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം ഈ സൗകര്യം നടപ്പാക്കാനാണ് ഭക്ഷ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്

ന്യൂഡൽഹി: ബിഹാർ, പഞ്ചാബ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ അഞ്ച് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളെ കൂടി 'വൺ നേഷൻ-വൺ റേഷൻ കാർഡ്' പദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി. പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ 17 സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിലെയും കേന്ദ്രഭരണ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെയും 60 കോടി ഗുണഭോക്താക്കളെ സഹായിക്കുന്നുവെന്ന് ഭക്ഷ്യമന്ത്രി രാം വിലാസ് പാസ്വാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. 'വൺ നേഷൻ-വൺ റേഷൻ കാർഡ്' പദ്ധതിയിലൂടെ ദേശീയ ഭക്ഷ്യസുരക്ഷാ നിയമപ്രകാരം ഭക്ഷ്യധാന്യങ്ങൾ രാജ്യത്തെ ഏത് ന്യായ വിലക്കടയിൽ നിന്നും ഗുണഭോക്താക്കൾക്ക് ലഭ്യമാകും. ജൂൺ ഒന്ന് മുതൽ രാജ്യത്തുടനീളം ഈ സൗകര്യം നടപ്പാക്കാനാണ് ഭക്ഷ്യ മന്ത്രാലയം ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.

ബിഹാറിനും പഞ്ചാബിനും പുറമെ ഉത്തർപ്രദേശ്, ഹിമാചൽ പ്രദേശ്, ദാമൻ, ഡിയു എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലും പദ്ധതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ ലഭ്യമാണെന്ന് രാം വിലാസ് പാസ്വാൻ പറഞ്ഞു. 'വൺ നേഷൻ-വൺ റേഷൻ കാർഡ്' പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കിയ മറ്റ് 12 സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളാണ് ആന്ധ്രപ്രദേശ്, തെലങ്കാന, ഗുജറാത്ത്, മഹാരാഷ്‌ട്ര, ഹരിയാന, രാജസ്ഥാൻ, കർണാടക, കേരളം, മധ്യപ്രദേശ്, ഗോവ, ജാർഖണ്ഡ്, ത്രിപുര എന്നിവ. ലോക്ക് ഡൗൺ നിലവിൽ വന്നതേടെ അതിഥി തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കും സാമ്പത്തികമായി പിന്നാക്കം നിൽക്കുന്നവർക്കും സബ്‌സിഡി ഭക്ഷ്യധാന്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 'വൺ നേഷൻ-വൺ റേഷൻ കാർഡ്' പദ്ധതി താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സാധ്യത പരിഗണിക്കാൻ സുപ്രീം കോടതി കേന്ദ്രത്തോട് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു.
