ಕಂಗನಾ ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್​​​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತದ ಮಾಜಿ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪಾತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಣ್ಣ ಹಚ್ಚಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸ್ವತಃ ಕಂಗನಾ ರಣಾವತ್​​ ತಮ್ಮ ಟ್ವಿಟ್ಟರ್​​ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ನಾನು ಸಿನಿ ಜರ್ನಿಗೆ ಪದಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದಾಗಿಂದಲೂ ಇಂದಿರಾ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಪಾತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಆಸೆ ಇತ್ತು ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
