ವಾಷಿಂಗ್ಟನ್(ಅಮೆರಿಕ): ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಪ್ರವಾಸ ಕೈಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ನರೇಂದ್ರ ಮೋದಿ ಇಂದು ವಾಷಿಂಗ್ಟನ್ನ ಶ್ವೇತ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜೋ ಬೈಡನ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ಭೇಟಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ನಮೋಗೆ ಅದ್ಧೂರಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.
ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಶ್ವೇತ ಭವನಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಆಲಿಂಗನ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡ ಬೈಡನ್ ಅದ್ಧೂರಿಯಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತ ಕೋರಿದರು. ಈ ವೇಳೆ ಉಭಯ ನಾಯಕರು ಉಭಯ ಕುಶಲೋಪರಿ ವಿಚಾರಿಸಿದರು. ಬರಾಕ್ ಒಬಾಮ ಹಾಗೂ ಡೊನಾಲ್ಡ್ ಟ್ರಂಪ್ ಬಳಿಕ ಇದೀಗ ನೂತನ ಅಮೆರಿಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಜೋ ಬೈಡನ್ ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಮೋ ಮಹತ್ವದ ದ್ವಿಪಕ್ಷೀಯ ಮಾತುಕತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗಿಯಾದರು.
ನಮೋ-ಬೈಡನ್ ಮಾತುಕತೆ ವೇಳೆ ಭಾರತ-ಅಮೆರಿಕ ನಡುವಿನ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರ, ದ್ವಿಪಕ್ಷೀಯ ಸಂಬಂಧ, ಅಫ್ಘಾನಿಸ್ತಾನದಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಅನೇಕ ವಿಷಯಗಳು ಚರ್ಚೆಯಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಬರುವ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ-ಅಮೆರಿಕ ನಡುವಿನ ಸಂಬಂಧ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಬೈಡನ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
