Nicobar Island Hit By Earthquake: ಅಂಡಮಾನ್ ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಂಪಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭೂಕಂಪಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (NCS) ವರದಿ ಮಾಡಿದೆ.

ಅಂಡಮಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ : ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಎರಡು ಸಲ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಂಪಿಸಿದ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿದೆ. ಮೊದಲ ಕಂಪನವು ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 5:40 ಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ್ದು, ರಿಕ್ಟರ್ ಮಾಪಕದಲ್ಲಿ 5 ರಷ್ಟು ತೀವ್ರತೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಎರಡನೇ ಬಾರಿಗೆ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 6:37 ಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಕಂಪನವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ರಿಕ್ಟರ್ ಮಾಪಕದಲ್ಲಿ 4.8 ತೀವ್ರತೆ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭೂಕಂಪಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಟ್ವೀಟ್​ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಭೂಕಂಪಶಾಸ್ತ್ರ ಕೇಂದ್ರ (NCS), "ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5.0 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಭೂಕಂಪನ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ ಬೆಳಗ್ಗೆ 5:40ಕ್ಕೆ ಭೂಮಿ ಕಂಪಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಭೂಕಂಪದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಿಂದುವು 9.32 ಅಕ್ಷಾಂಶ ಮತ್ತು 94.03 ರೇಖಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. 10 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಾಣ ಹಾನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಆಸ್ತಿಪಾಸ್ತಿ ನಷ್ಟವಾಗಿರುವ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ" ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.

ಮತ್ತೊಂದು ಟ್ವೀಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ, ಭಾರತದ ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 4.8 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಜಾವ 6:37 ಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂಪಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಇದು ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ 10 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ 9.42 ಅಕ್ಷಾಂಶ ಮತ್ತು 94.14 ರೇಖಾಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಬಿಂದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

ಮೂರು ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ಜುಲೈ 29 ರಂದು ಅಂಡಮಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5.8 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಸೆಂಟರ್ ಫಾರ್ ಸೆಸ್ಮಾಲಜಿ (ಎನ್‌ಸಿಎಸ್) ನೀಡಿದ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ಶನಿವಾರ ಅಂಡಮಾನ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಕೋಬಾರ್ ದ್ವೀಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 69 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 5.8 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಭೂಕಂಪವು ಶನಿವಾರ ಮಧ್ಯರಾತ್ರಿ 12:53 ಕ್ಕೆ ಜರುಗಿದ್ದು, ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ 69 ಕಿಲೋಮೀಟರ್ ಆಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದೆ. ಘಟನೆಯಿಂದ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಾನಿ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.

ಕಳೆದ ತಿಂಗಳು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ರಾಜಧಾನಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉತ್ತರ ಭಾರತದ ಹಲವಾರು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭೂಕಂಪನಗಳು ಸಂಭವಿಸಿರುವ ವರದಿಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ದೆಹಲಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 5.4 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಕಂಪನದ ಅನುಭವವಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಭೂಕಂಪದ ಕೇಂದ್ರಬಿಂದು ಜಮ್ಮು ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ದೋಡಾ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪತ್ತೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಮೇ 11 ರಂದು ಉತ್ತರಾಖಂಡದ ಪಿಥೋರಗಢದಲ್ಲಿ 3.1 ತೀವ್ರತೆಯ ಭೂಕಂಪ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿತ್ತು.
