ನವದೆಹಲಿ: ಅನರ್ಹತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿಲೇರಿದ್ದ ಅನರ್ಹ ಶಾಸಕರಿಗೆ ಇಂದು ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ತುರ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಗ್ರೀನ್ ಸಿಗ್ನಲ್ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಪರಿಣಾಮ ಅನರ್ಹರು ಕೊಂಚ ನಿರಾಳರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಸೋಮವಾರ ತುರ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ ಎಂದಿದ್ದ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಇಂದು ತುರ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಸಮ್ಮತಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಅನರ್ಹತೆಯ ವಿಚಾರ ಶೀಘ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಗೆಹರಿಯುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ನಿಚ್ಚಳವಾಗಿದೆ. ರಿಜಿಸ್ಟ್ರಾರ್ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಲಿಸ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಬಳಿಕ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿದೆ.

ಸ್ಪೀಕರ್ ರಮೇಶ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಮೈತ್ರಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆಗೆ ಅಸಮಾಧಾನ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ 17 ಮಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಅನರ್ಹಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಇದೇ ಆದೇಶವನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸಿ ಅನರ್ಹ ಶಾಸಕರು ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್ಗೆ ತುರ್ತು ವಿಚಾರಣೆಗೆ ಮನವಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.
