Bank Fraud case: ED ने सात आरोपियों के खिलाफ अभियोजन शिकायत दर्ज की

ईडी ने बीओआई से जुड़े बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले में सात आरोपी व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ अभियोजन शिकायत दर्ज की है.

नई दिल्ली : प्रवर्तन निदेशालय (ED) ने बीओआई से जुड़े एक बैंक धोखाधड़ी मामले में पीएमएलए, 2002 के तहत 7 आरोपी व्यक्तियों/संस्थाओं के खिलाफ पीसी (Prosecution Complaint) दायर की है. आरोपियों में राज कुमार गुप्ता और अन्य शामिल हैं. ईडी ने बताया कि कोर्ट ने 7 नवंबर को इस पर संज्ञान लिया है. इससे पहले आरोपी व्यक्तियों की 20.21 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति कुर्क की गई थी.
