धर्मशाला : रविवार को भारत और न्यूजीलैंड के बीच खेले गए क्रिकेट वर्ल्ड कप 2023 के लीग मैच में भारत ने न्यूजीलैंड पर 4 विकेट से जीत दर्ज की. भारत ने 20 साल बाद न्यूजीलैंड को आईसीसी टूर्नामेंट के किसी मैच में हराकर ऐतिहासिक जीत दर्ज की. भारत इस मैच में खेल के हर एक विभाग में न्यूजीलैंड पर इक्कीस साबित हुआ. मैदान पर भारतीय खिलाड़ियों की चुस्ती लाजवाब थी, और कई शानदार कैच पकड़ने के साथ-साथ खिलाड़ियों ने खूब रन बचाए.

श्रेयस अय्यर बने फिल्डर ऑफ द मैच
न्यूजीलैंड के खिलाफ मैच के लिए श्रेयस अय्यर ने फील्डर ऑफ द मैच का मेडल जीता है. श्रेयस ने सिराज की गेंद पर सलामी बल्लेबाज डेवोन कॉनवे का हैरतअंगैज कैच पकड़कर न्यूजीलैंड को शुरुआती झटका दिया था. इसके अलावा अय्यर ने शानदार फील्डिंग करते हुए कई बाउंड्री बचाई थी. मैच के बाद ड्रेसिंग रूम में भारत के गेंदबाजी कोच ने अय्यर के अलावा मोहम्मद सिराज और विराट कोहली की फील्डिंग की भी तारीफ की. दिलीप ने फील्डर ऑफ द मैच जानने के लिए सभी खिलाड़ियों से मैदान पर चलने का आग्रह किया.

ड्रोन कैमरे से हुआ विजेता का ऐलान
फील्डर ऑफ द मैच का नाम रिवील करने के लिए गेंदबाजी कोच ने इस बार ड्रोन कैमरे का सहारा लिया. सभी खिलाड़ियों के बीच मैदान पर ड्रोन को उतारा गया, जिसमें श्रेयस अय्यर का एक छोटा बैनर और मेडल टंगा हुआ था. इसे देखकर सभी खिलाड़ियों का उत्साह देखते ही बनता था. सभी ने एकसाथ जश्न मनाया. बता दें कि बांग्लादेश के खिलाफ पिछले मैच में फील्डर ऑफ द मैच का ऐलान स्टेडियम में लगी बिग स्क्रीन पर किया गया था.
