મીડિયા રિપોર્ટના જણાવ્યા પ્રમાણે, સ્વિફ્ટે મિનસોટામાં થયેલા પ્રદર્શન અંગે ટ્રમ્પે કરેલા ટ્વિટ બાદ તેની આલોચના કરી હતી. શુક્રવારે ગાયિકા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવેલું ટ્વિટ અત્યાર સુધીનું સૌથી પસંદગી મેળવનારું ટ્વીટ બન્યુ છે. 5 કલાક કરતા પણ ઓછા સમયમાં 10 લાખથી વધારે લોકોના લાઈક મળ્યા છે. અત્યારે 1.9 મિલિયન લાઈક્સ અને લગભગ 1 લાખ જેટલી કમેન્ટસ પણ આવી ચૂકી છે. એટલું જ નહી 4 લાખ 24 હજાર કરતા પણ વધારે લોકોએ રિટ્વિટ પણ કર્યુ છે.
ગાયિકાએ લખ્યુ હતું કે, તેના પુરા કાર્યકાળ દરમિયાન શ્વેત વર્ચસ્વ અને નક્સલવાદીની આગ બાદ હિંસાની ધમકી આપતા પહેલા નૈતિક શ્રેષ્ઠતાનો ઢોંગ કરવાની ભૂલ સ્વીકારવી પડશે. જ્યારે લુટવાનું શરુ થાય છે ત્યારે શુટ કરવાનું પણ ચાલુ થઈ જાય છે. અમે નવેમ્બરમાં તમને બરતરફ કરીશુ.
