નવી દિલ્હી: કોંગ્રેસ નેતા અધીર રંજન ચૌધરીના નેતૃત્વમાં એક પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ લોકસભાના સ્પીકર ઓમ બિરલાને (Congress Delegation Meet Speaker Om Birla) મળ્યા હતા. કોંગ્રેસના નેતાઓએ કથિત રીતે પાર્ટી કાર્યાલય પર પોલીસ કાર્યવાહીનો વિરોધ કર્યો હતો. મીટિંગ બાદ મીડિયા સાથે વાત કરતા અધીર રંજને કહ્યું કો, 'અમે લોકસભાના સ્પીકરને જાણ કરી છે કે, કેવી રીતે અમારા પર હિંસા અને અત્યાચાર કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. પ્રમુખે અમારી વાત સાંભળી. અમે તેમને દિલ્હી પોલીસના અધિકારીઓ વિશે જણાવ્યું જેઓ કોંગ્રેસના કાર્યાલયમાં ઘૂસી ગયા અને અમારા કાર્યકરો પર પૂર્વ આયોજિત રીતે હુમલો કર્યો હતો.

કોંગ્રેસનું પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ સ્પીકર ઓમ બિરલાને મળ્યું : કોંગ્રેસે બુધવારે દિલ્હી પોલીસ અધિકારીઓ વિરુદ્ધ સ્થાનિક પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ફરિયાદ નોંધાવી છે. આરોપ છે કે બુધવારના વિરોધ દરમિયાન તેણે પાર્ટી કાર્યકર્તાઓ સાથે મારપીટ કરી હતી. રાષ્ટ્રીય રાજધાની નવી દિલ્હી જિલ્લાના તુઘલક રોડ પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં ફરિયાદ નોંધવામાં આવી હતી. દરમિયાન, અવિનાશ પાંડે, હરીશ ચૌધરી, પ્રણવ ઝા અને ચલ્લા વામશી રેડ્ડી સહિતના વરિષ્ઠ નેતાઓનું એક પ્રતિનિધિમંડળ ACP અને સ્ટેશન હાઉસ ઓફિસરને (SHO) મળ્યું અને આ સંદર્ભમાં વિગતવાર લેખિત ફરિયાદ આપી.

દિલ્હી પોલીસના જવાનો પાર્ટી હેડક્વાર્ટરના પરિસરમાં ઘૂસી ગયા હતા : કોંગ્રેસ પાર્ટીએ આરોપ લગાવ્યો હતો કે, દિલ્હી પોલીસના જવાનો પાર્ટી હેડક્વાર્ટરના પરિસરમાં ઘૂસી ગયા હતા અને કાર્યકરો પર લાઠીચાર્જ કર્યો હતો. આ અંગે વિશેષ પોલીસ કમિશનર, કાયદો અને વ્યવસ્થા વિભાગ, સાગર પ્રીત હુડ્ડાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, "કોંગ્રેસ મુખ્યાલયની બહાર થોડી હંગામો થયો હતો, જ્યારે રસ્તા પર બહાર આવેલા કેટલાક લોકોએ પોલીસ પર બેરિકેડ્સ ફેંક્યા હતા. એઆઈસીસી હેડક્વાર્ટરની અંદર પોલીસ લાઠીચાર્જની વાત તદ્દન ખોટી છે. આવું કંઈ થયું નથી. નોંધનીય છે કે, રાહુલ ગાંધીની EDની પૂછપરછને લઈને કોંગ્રેસના નેતાઓ અને કાર્યકરો છેલ્લા ચાર દિવસથી વિરોધ પ્રદર્શન કરી રહ્યા છે.
