બે ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ રાખવા પર ગૌતમ ગંભીર વિરુદ્ધ ફરિયાદ, આપ ઉમેદવારે નોંધાવી ફરિયાદ

નવી દિલ્હી: ક્રિકેટર અને પૂર્વીય દિલ્હીથી ભાજપ ઉમેદવાર ગૌતમ ગંભીર વિરુદ્ધમાં દિલ્હીની તીસ હજારી કોર્ટમાં ગુનાહિત ફરિયાદ નોંધવામાં આવી છે. ગૌતમ ગંભીર પાસે બે ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ હોવાને લઈ આ ફરિયાદ નોંધવામાં આવી છે.

આ ફરિયાદ પૂર્વીય દિલ્હીથી આમ આદમી પાર્ટીના ઉમેદવાર આતિશીએ કરી છે. ફરિયાદમાં કહેવાયું છે કે, ગૌતમ ગંભીર પાસે બે ચૂંટણી કાર્ડ છે જેમાં એક રાજેન્દ્ર નગર વિધાનસભા અને બીજું કરોલ બાગ વિધાનસભાનું કાર્ડ છે. આ ફરિયાદમાં કહેવાયું છે કે, આ લોકપ્રતિનિધિ કાયદાનું ઉલ્લંઘન છે.
