টুইট করে বাইডেনকে শুভেচ্ছা-বার্তা পাঠিয়েছেন ব্রিটিশ প্রধানমন্ত্রী বরিস জনসন ৷ টুইটারে তিনি লেখেন, ‘‘ অ্যামেরিকার প্রেসিডেন্ট ও ভাইস প্রেসিডেন্ট হিসেবে শপথ নেওয়ার জন্য জো বাইডেন ও কমলা হ্যারিসকে শুভেচ্ছা ৷ আবহওয়া পরিবর্তন থেকে কোভিড, বিভিন্ন ইশুতে অ্যামেরিকার নেতৃত্ব আমাদের কাছে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ৷ আমি প্রেসিডেন্ট বাইডেনের সঙ্গে কাজ করার জন্য মুখিয়ে আছি ৷’’
