অলিম্পিক ব্ৰঞ্জ পদক বিজয়ী অষ্ট্ৰেলিয়াৰ এপ্ৰিল ফ্ৰান্ক্সক ৫-০ ছেটত ধৰাশায়ী কৰি এই সফলতা অৰ্জন কৰিবলৈ সক্ষম হয় ভাৰতীয় বক্সাৰগৰাকীয়ে । ছেমি-ফাইনেলত লাবুৱান বাজুক পৰাস্ত কৰি ফাইনেলত প্ৰৱেশ কৰিছিল মেৰী কমে । মেৰী কমে এই বৰ্ষৰে মে' মাহত ইণ্ডিয়া অ'পেনত স্বৰ্ণ লাভ কৰিবলৈ সক্ষম হৈছিল ।
