راجیو گاندھی ٹرسٹ کی تحقیقات کا حکم

مرکزی وزارت داخلہ نے راجیو گاندھی فاؤنڈیشن کے ذریعہ قوانین کی خلاف ورزی کی تحقیقات کے لیے بین وزارتی کمیٹی تشکیل دی ہے۔

وزارت داخلہ نے بدھ کے روز بتایا کہ انہوں نے راجیو گاندھی فاؤنڈیشن، راجیو گاندھی چیریٹیبل ٹرسٹ اور اندرا گاندھی میموریل ٹرسٹ کے ذریعہ پی ایم ایل اے، انکم ٹیکس ایکٹ، اور ایف سی آر اے کی مختلف قانونی دفعات کی مبینہ خلاف ورزی کرنے کی وجہ سے تحقیقات کا حکم دیا ہے۔ اس تحقیقات کے لئے ایک بین وزارتی کمیٹی تشکیل دی ہے۔

وزارت نے بتایا کہ انفورسمنٹ ڈائریکٹوریٹ (ای ڈی) کے خصوصی ڈائریکٹر اس کمیٹی کی سربراہی کریں گے۔
