چنئی: تمل اور تیلگو فلم انڈسٹری کی سرفہرست اداکارؤں میں سے ایک پوجا ہیگڑے کے ساتھ فلائٹ میں بدتمیزی کا معاملہ سامنے آیا ہے۔ فلائٹ کے عملے نے پوجا کے ساتھ پہلے بدتمیزی کی اور پھر ان سے دھمکی آمیز لہجے میں بات کی۔ پوجا نے ٹویٹ کرتے ہوئے عملے کے تئیں اپنی ناراضگی ظاہر کی۔ اداکارہ کا یہ ٹویٹ سوشل میڈیا پر وائرل ہورہا ہے۔ جس کے بعد ائیرلائن کمپنی نے اداکارہ سے معافی بھی مانگی ہے۔واضح رہے کہ اداکارہ جب ممبئی سے ایک فلائٹ میں سفر کر رہی تھیں تب ان کے ساتھ یہ واقعہ پیش آیا۔ Pooja Hegde s Bad Experience with Indigo

پوجا ہیگڑے نے ٹویٹ کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ ' میں اس بات سے کافی افسردہ ہوں کہ انڈیگو 6 ای کے عملے کے ایک ممبر، جس کا نام وِپول نقشے ہے، نے آج ممبئی سے ہماری فلائٹ کے دوران ہمارے ساتھ بدسلوکی کی۔ بغیر کسی وجہ کے اسٹاف نے ہم سے بالکل مغرور، جاہلانہ اور دھمکی آمیز لہجہ میں بات کی۔ عام طور پر میں اس طرح کے مسائل کے حوالے سے ٹویٹ نہیں کرتی ہوں لیکن یہ واقعی میں خوفناک تھا'۔

پوجا کی اس ٹویٹ کے بعد ائیرلائن نے اپنا ردعمل ظاہر کیا۔ ائیرلائن نے اس مسئلے کو جلد از جلد حل کرنے کی کوشش کرنے کی یقین دہانی کی اور اداکارہ کی ٹیم کو ہونے والی تکلیف کے لیے معافی مانگی۔

ایئر لائن نے پوجا کے ٹویٹ کا جواب دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ "ہم سے بات کرنے کے لیے وقت نکالنے کے لیے آپ کا شکریہ۔ ہم آپ کو ہونے والی پریشانی کے لیے دلی طور پر معذرت خواہ ہیں اور آپ کو یقین دلانا چاہتے ہیں کہ ہم اس معاملے پر یقینی طور پر غور کریں گے'۔

پوجا نے ائیرلائن کی معافی تو قبول کرلی لیکن اداکارہ نے نشاندہی کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ' معافی تو سب سے پہلے کاسٹیوم اسسٹنٹ سے مانگنی چاہیے جس کے ساتھ امیتازی سلوک کیا گیا۔
