அரசியல் சாசனச் சட்டத்தை மீறிய பிரதமர் மோடி - சீதாராம் யெச்சூரி குற்றச்சாட்டு!

டெல்லி : சர்ச்சைக்குரிய அயோத்தி ராமர் கோயில் அடிக்கல் நாட்டு பூமிபூஜையில் அரசியல் சாசனச் சட்டத்தை மீறி பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி கலந்து கொண்டுள்ளதாக என்று சிபிஎம் கட்சிப் பொதுச் செயலாளர் சீதாராம் யெச்சூரி விமர்சித்துள்ளார்.

இதுதொடர்பாக தனது அதிகாரப்பூர்வமான அவர் ட்விட்டர் பக்கத்தில், "ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுமான விழாவை அரசே எடுத்து நடத்துவது என்பது இந்தியக் குடியரசின் அரசியலமைப்பின் மதசார்பற்ற தன்மையை குலைக்கும் விதமாகவே கருதப்படும்.

உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் ராமர் கோயில் கட்டும் பொறுப்பை அறக்கட்டளையிடம் விட வேண்டும் என்று கூறியிருந்த நிலையில், உத்தரப்பிரதேச மாநில முதலமைச்சர், ஆளுநர் முன்னிலையில் அடிக்கல் நாட்டில் விழா நடைபெறுவது அப்பட்டமான சமத்துவ மீறலாகும்.

இந்த நிகழ்வு பாபர் மசூதி இடிப்பையே நியாயப்படுத்துகிறது. அயோத்தி பாபர் மசூதி இடிப்பை நடத்தி, இந்திய ஜனநாயகத்தில் தலைகுனிவை ஏற்படுத்திய சமூக விரோதிகளுக்குத் தண்டனை அளிக்க வேண்டுமென்று உச்ச நீதிமன்றம் கூறியது. ஆனால், தற்போது ராமர் கோயில் கட்டுமான பணிகள் அத்தகைய தண்டனைகள் எதுவும் வழங்கப்படாமலேயே தொடங்கி விட்டது.

  • 3. This 'bhumi pujan' provided retrospective legitimisation for the destruction of the Babri Masjid. The SC verdict described this as an "egregious violation of law" and called for punishment of those who committed this act.The construction has begun before any such punishment.

தொலைக்காட்சியில் ஒளிபரப்பப்பட்ட இந்த நிகழ்வு, மத்திய உள்துறை அமைச்சகம் மதக் கூட்டங்களைத் தடை செய்த கோவிட்-19 நெறிமுறையின் அப்பட்டமாக மீறியுள்ளதைக் காட்டுகிறது. கோவிட்19 பெருந்தொற்று கட்டுப்பாடுகளை மீறி மத நிகழ்வு நடந்துள்ளது. ராமர் கோயில் விழாவில் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடியின் பங்கேற்பு என்பது நமது நாட்டின் குடியரசின் மதச்சார்பற்ற ஜனநாயகம் ஆபத்தில் இருப்பதையே காட்டுகிறது" என கூறியுள்ளார்.
