அரசியலமைப்புச் சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரான தாக்குதல்: குடியுரிமை சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா குறித்து ராகுல் விமர்சனம்

டெல்லி: குடியுரிமை சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா அரசியலமைப்புக்கு எதிராக தொடுக்கப்பட்ட தாக்குதல் என ராகுல் காந்தி கடுமையாக விமர்சித்துள்ளனர்.

பாகிஸ்தான், ஆப்கானிஸ்தான், வங்கதேசம் ஆகிய நாடுகளில் மதங்களின் அடிப்படையில் பாகுபாடு காண்பிக்கப்பட்டு இந்தியா வந்த அகதிகளுக்கு குடியுரிமை வழங்க வழிசெய்வதே குடியுரிமை சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா 2019. இந்து, கிறிஸ்தவம், சீக்கியம், பார்சி, சமணம் ஆகிய ஏதேனும் ஒரு மதத்தைச் சார்ந்தவராக இருந்தால் மட்டுமே குடியுரிமை வழங்க மசோதாவில் வழிவகை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த மசோதா மக்களவையில் நேற்று நிறைவேறியது.

இஸ்லாமியர்களுக்கு குடியுரிமை வழங்க வழிசெய்யாததைக் கண்டித்து பல கட்சிகள் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துவருகின்றன. இது குறித்து ராகுல் காந்தி தனது ட்விட்டர் பக்கத்தில், "குடியுரிமை சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா அரசியலமைப்புக்கு எதிரான தாக்குதல். இதற்கு ஆதரவு தெரிவிப்பது நாட்டின் அடிப்படை கட்டமைப்பின் மீது தாக்குதல் நடத்துவதற்கு சமம்" எனப் பதிவிட்டிருந்தார்
