ਦੁਤੀ ਚੰਦ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੌੜ 'ਚ ਸੋਨ ਤਮਗਾ ਜਿੱਤ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਅ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੁਤੀ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਉਪਲੱਬਧੀ 'ਤੇ ਪੀਐਮ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਮੇਤ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਧਾਰਕ ਦੁਤੀ ਚੰਦ ਨੇ ਇਟਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਪੋਲੀ 'ਚ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਯੂਨੀਵਰਸਿਟੀ ਖੇਡਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਸਿਰਜਿਆ ਹੈ। ਦੁਤੀ ਚੰਦ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ 100 ਮੀਟਰ 'ਚ ਸੋਨ ਤਮਗਾ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦਾ ਨਾਂਅ ਰੋਸ਼ਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦੁਤੀ ਮਹਿਲਾਵਾਂ ਦੇ ਟਰੈਕ ਐਂਡ ਫੀਲਡ ਈਵੈਂਟਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਨ ਤਮਗਾ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਦੁਤੀ ਨੇ 100 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਰੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 11.32 ਸੈਕੰਡ 'ਚ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਹਿਮਾ ਦਾਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੁਤੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਅਜੀਹੀ ਦੌੜਾਕ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ 'ਤੇ ਸੋਨੇ ਦਾ ਤਮਗਾ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਹੈ।
