ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ: ਲਓ ਹੁਣ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰੀ

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਬਦੀ ਜੰਗ ਚੱਲ (pargat singh target delhi cm) ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਆਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ,ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੀਐੱਮ ਚੰਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਨਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਮੀਨੀ ਹਕੀਕਤ ਦੱਸੀ ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜਾਰੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ।

ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ: ਦਿੱਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ (politics on education) ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮਸਲਾ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਵਧਦਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ’ਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਤਰੀਫ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੀਰਾ ਦਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਮਾਰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਕੋਲ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰਾ ਸੁਪਣਾ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰ ਦੀ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਵਾਂ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਬੱਚਿਆ ਨੂੰ 21ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਦੇ ਹੁਨਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੈਸ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹੋਣ।

ਆਪਣੇ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਟਵੀਟ ’ਚ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਗੁਰਦਾਸਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਰਹੱਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਸ਼ੇਖੂਪੁਰਾ ਚ ਹੈ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਮਾਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ, ਸਥਾਨਕ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਿਆਂ, ਪ੍ਰਵਾਸੀ ਭਾਰਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਂ, ਊਰਜਾ ਅਤੇ ਪੈਸਾ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਹੈ।

ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ’ਤੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ

ਕਾਬਿਲੇਗੌਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਚਾਲੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸ਼ਬਦੀ ਜੰਗ ਚੱਲ (pargat singh target delhi cm) ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਬੀਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੌਥੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਚ ਵਧੀਆ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਆਖੀ। ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਲਈ ਚੌਥੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ 24 ਲੱਖ ਗਰੀਬ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਚ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਚ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਬਾਹਰੀ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੋਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇਖਣ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਆਉਣਗੇ।

ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ’ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਘੇਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੈਸਟ ਟੀਚਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹਾਲ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ 22 ਹਜਾਰ ਗੈਸਟ ਟੀਚਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹੋਇਆ। ਪਰਗਟ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਪਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਗੈਸਟ ਟੀਚਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰ ਦਿਉ (Regularize Delhi Guest teachers first)। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਤ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੱਕਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਪੱਕਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ, ਲਿਹਾਜਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਗਰੰਟੀ ਜਾਅਲੀ (Your Guarantee is Fake) ਹੈ।

ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨੀਸ਼ ਸਿਸੋਦੀਆ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਚਰਨਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੰਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਧਾਨਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸ ’ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਤਰਸਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਬਿਲਕੁੱਲ ਵੀ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ।
