ਉੱਤਰਕਾਸ਼ੀ (ਉਤਰਾਖੰਡ): ਸਿਲਕਿਆਰਾ ਸੁਰੰਗ 'ਚ ਫਸੇ 40 ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਨਵੀਂ ਔਜਰ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਨਾਲ ਡਰਿਲਿੰਗ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ 9 ਮੀਟਰ ਡਰਿਲਿੰਗ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਰੀਬ 2 ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਇਹ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਇੱਕ ਘੰਟੇ ਵਿੱਚ 5 ਤੋਂ 6 ਮੀਟਰ ਡਰਿਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਪਾਈਪ ਦੀ ਵੈਲਡਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਸਹੀ ਅਲਾਈਨਮੈਂਟ ਲਈ ਲਗਭਗ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਲੱਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਅੰਦਰ ਫਸੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਰ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਲਕਿਆਰਾ ਸੁਰੰਗ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜ ਦਿਨ ਬੀਤ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਪਿਛਲੇ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਫਸੇ 40 ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਔਜਰ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਮੰਗਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ 25 ਟਨ ਵਜ਼ਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਅਤਿ-ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਔਗਰ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਮੰਗਵਾਈ ਗਈ।

ਜਿਸ ਦੀ ਖੇਪ ਨੂੰ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਫੌਜ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਹਰਕਿਊਲਿਸ ਜਹਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਚਿਨਿਆਲੀਸੌਰ ਹਵਾਈ ਅੱਡੇ 'ਤੇ ਉਤਾਰਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਦਿਨ ਤੋਂ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਤੱਕ ਇਸ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੱਕਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਿਲਕਿਆਰਾ ਸੁਰੰਗ ਵਾਲੀ ਥਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਇਸ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜੋ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਜਾਰੀ ਰਿਹਾ।

ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਡਰਿਲਿੰਗ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੁਪਹਿਰ ਤੱਕ ਮਲਬੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ 6 ਮੀਟਰ ਲੰਬਾਈ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਐਮ.ਐਸ ਪਾਈਪ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ ਤਿੰਨ ਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਪਾਈਪ ਪਾਈ ਗਈ। ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਆਫ਼ਤ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਦੇਵੇਂਦਰ ਪਟਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਤੱਕ 9 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੇ ਕਰੀਬ ਪਾਈਪ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ਪਰ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੋੜਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਘੰਟੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੱਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਈਪਾਂ ਦੀ ਅਲਾਈਨਮੈਂਟ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਇੱਕ ਚੁਣੌਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਡੇਢ ਘੰਟੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 3 ਮੀਟਰ ਪਾਈਪ ਮਲਬੇ ਨਾਲ ਢੱਕੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਈਏ ਕਿ ਬੀਤੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਖਿਸਕਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਿਲਕਿਆਰਾ ਸੁਰੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ 70 ਮੀਟਰ ਤੱਕ ਮਲਬਾ ਫੈਲ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ। ਨਵੀਂ ਮਸ਼ੀਨ ਜਿਸ ਰਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਡਰਿਲ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੰਦਰ ਫਸੇ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਣ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਹੋਰ ਲੱਗ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
