ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ: ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਛੋਟੇਪੋਰਾ ਇਲਾਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੇਬ ਦੇ ਬਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੇ (Terrorists fired upon civilians) ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੀ। ਇਕ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਕ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਦੋਵੇਂ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ (Kashmir Target Killing) ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਨ। ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਭੇਜ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸ਼ਾਸਤ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲੇ 'ਚ ਮੰਗਲਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਸਿਆਸਤਦਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਖਤ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੈਸ਼ਨਲ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਮੀਤ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਉਮਰ ਅਬਦੁੱਲਾ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਅੱਜ ਦੱਖਣੀ ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁਖਦਾਈ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਹੈ। ਇੱਕ ਦੁਰਘਟਨਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਨੇ ਮੌਤ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਦ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਪਗਡੰਡੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਤੋਂ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਹਾਂ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਟੋ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੀ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਹੈ।"

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, "ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ, ਮੈਂ ਅੱਜ ਪਹਿਲਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਇੱਕ ਹਾਦਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਬਹਾਦਰ ITBP ਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਕਈ ITBP ਜਵਾਨ ਜ਼ਖਮੀ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਿਹਤਯਾਬੀ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ।"
ਕੇਂਦਰ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪੀਪਲਜ਼ ਡੈਮੋਕ੍ਰੇਟਿਕ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮਹਿਬੂਬਾ ਮੁਫਤੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਟਾਰਗੇਟ ਕਿਲਿੰਗ ਬਾਰੇ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮ੍ਰਿਤਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ।"
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰੇਤ ਹੇਠ ਸਿਰ ਦੱਬੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼ੁਤਰਮੁਰਗ ਵਾਂਗ ਵਿਵਹਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦਾ ਹਰ ਵਾਸੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ 'ਆਮ ਸਥਿਤੀ' ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੋਪਾਂ ਦਾ ਚਾਰਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।"
ਪੀਪਲਜ਼ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਸਾਜਿਦ ਲੋਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, "ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਇਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹੋਰ ਘਿਨੌਣਾ ਹਮਲਾ। ਅਸੀਂ ਹਿੰਸਾ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਘਿਨਾਉਣੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਦੀ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਹਮਦਰਦੀ ਹੈ।"

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੰਮੂ-ਕਸ਼ਮੀਰ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਮਨੋਜ ਸਿਨਹਾ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਗਿਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ, "ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਭਿਆਨਕ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ 'ਤੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪਰੇ। ਮੇਰੀ ਸੰਵੇਦਨਾ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ। ਇਹ ਹਮਲਾ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਨਿੰਦਾ ਦਾ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਵਹਿਸ਼ੀ ਕਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਬਖਸ਼ਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।”
ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ 24 ਘੰਟਿਆਂ 'ਚ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਦੋ ਹਮਲੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਸ਼ੋਪੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਜ ਦੋ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ (ਸੁਨੀਲ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਪਿੰਟੋ ਕੁਮਾਰ) ’ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਨੀਲ ਦੀ ਮੌਕੇ ’ਤੇ ਹੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਜਦੋਂਕਿ ਪਿੰਟੋ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ। ਕਰਨ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ ਬਡਗਾਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਅਤਿਵਾਦੀ ਹਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸਨ। ਫਿਲਹਾਲ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ 'ਚ ਇਲਾਜ ਚੱਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਜ਼ਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਫੌਜੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ 'ਚ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਕਰੀਬ 24 ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਮਾਰੇ ਜਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ।
