ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਟਵੀਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਿੱਖਿਆ, ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ, ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੰਮੇਂ ਸਫ਼ਰ ਦੌਰਾਨ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਰਾਮਨਾਥ ਕੋਵਿੰਦ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਨੇ ਜਸਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ 'ਤੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ।
