ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ 'ਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਇਜਾਜ਼ਤ ਨਹੀਂ: ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ

ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਮੰਗਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ: ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲਾਗੂ ਖੇਤੀ ਕਾਨੂੰਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਚੱਲੋ ਦੇ ਸੱਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਤੋਂ ਰਵਾਨਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਥੇ ਹੀ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਮੋਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੀ ਖੱਟਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਅੜਿੱਕੇ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਖੇਤੀਬਾੜੀ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕੌਮੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮਨਜੂਰੀ ਮੰਗਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਜਾਣੂੰ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਇਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ, '26 ਅਤੇ 27 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਹੈ। 26 ਅਤੇ 27 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸੰਗਠਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੇਨਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਥੇਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਨੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਰੱਦ ਹੋਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦਿਓ ਅਤੇ ਕੋਰੋਨਾ ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੋ। ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਨਾ ਮੰਨਣ 'ਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।'
