ସେହିପରି ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ବେଲିଜିୟମ ଓ ଜର୍ମାନୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୁକାବିଲା ହେବ । ଜର୍ମାନୀ ତାର ପ୍ରଥମ ମୁକାବିଲାରେ ଜାପାନକୁ 3-0 ଗୋଲରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା । ଜର୍ମାନୀ ଓ ବେଲଜିୟମ ଗୋଟିଏ ଲେଖାଏଁ ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଆଜି ଉଭୟ ଦଳ ବିଜୟଧାରା ବଜାୟ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟରେ ରହିଛନ୍ତି । କୋରିଆ ଓ ଜାପାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅପରାହ୍ନ 5ଟାରେ ମ୍ୟାଚ୍ ଖେଳାଯିବ । ସେହିପରି ଜର୍ମାନୀ ଓ ବେଲଜିୟମ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ରାତି 7ଟାରେ ମ୍ୟାଚ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହେବ ।
ପ୍ରକାଶ ଥାଉ କି, ଜାନୁଆରୀ 13 ତାରିଖରୁ ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ବିଶ୍ବକପ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଛି । ଏଯାଏଁ ମୋଟ 28ଟି ମ୍ୟାଚ ଖେଳାଯାଇଛି । ଗତକାଲି(ସୋମବାର) ଚତୁର୍ଥ ଦିନରେ 4ଟି ମ୍ୟାଚ ଖେଳାଯାଇଥିଲା । ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡକୁ ହରାଇ ନେଦରଲାଣ୍ଡସ କ୍ରମାଗତ ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ବିଜୟ ହାସଲ କରିଛି । ନ୍ୟୁଜିଲାଣ୍ଡରୁ 4-0 ଗୋଲରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି କ୍ବାର୍ଟର ଫାଇନାଲରେ ଏକପ୍ରକାର ସ୍ଥାନ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିଛି । 2ଟି ବିଜୟ ସହ ନେଦରଲାଣ୍ଡସ 6 ପଏଣ୍ଟ ପାଇ ପୁଲ ସିରେ ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଆହୁରି ସୁଦୃଢ କରିଛି । ସେହିପରି ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାରୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରି ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ ବିଜୟ ସ୍ବାଦ ଚାଖିଛି । ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଆଫ୍ରିକାକୁ 2-1 ଗୋଲରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି ଫ୍ରାନ୍ସ । ଆଉ ଏକ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ମାଲେସିଆ 3-2 ଗୋଲରେ ଚିଲିକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଛି । ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲିଆ ଓ ଆର୍ଜେଣ୍ଟିନା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଖେଳାଯାଥିବା ମ୍ୟାଚ 3-3 ଗୋଲରେ ଡ୍ର ହୋଇଛି ।
