ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର: ହକି ଇଣ୍ଡିଆର ହାଇ ପରଫମାନ୍ସ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ପଦରୁ ଇସ୍ତଫା ଦେବାର ଦୁଇ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଭାରତକୁ ଫେରିଲେ ଡେଭିଡ ଜନ୍ । ଅଷ୍ଟ୍ରେଲୀୟ ହକି କ୍ରୀଡାବିତ ଡେଭିଡ ଜନ ଓଡିଶା ହକି ଟିମର ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଭାବେ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଛନ୍ତି । ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସେ ସବ୍-ଜୁନିୟର ରାଜ୍ୟ ପୁରୁଷ ଟିମ ସହ ଗୋଆରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି ।
ଡେଭିଙ୍କ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ହକିର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ପଥ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି । ଭାରତୀୟ ଦଳର ଫିଟନେସ୍ ସ୍ତରରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆଣିବାରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଟୋକିଓ ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ସରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ପୁରୁଷ ହକି ଦଳ ଅଲିମ୍ପିକ୍ ପଦକରେ ମୂଳଦୁଆ ପକାଇବା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭୂମିକା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ ଜନ୍ । ଏହାପରେ 2020 ରେ ପଦ ଛାଡିଥିସଲେ ଜନ୍ । ବର୍ତ୍ତାମାନ ସେ କମ୍ବ୍ୟାକ କରିଛନ୍ତି ।
