ରାଷ୍ଟ୍ରୀୟ ଶିକ୍ଷା ନୀତି-2020ରେ ଏହି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସୁପାରିଶ ଆମ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାର ଔପନିବେଶକରଣ ଦିଗରେ ଅନେକ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ହେବ ବୋଲି ଧମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଟ୍ବଟ୍ କରି କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଭାରତୀୟ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗ(formulation of Higher Education Commission of India ) ଉଚ୍ଚଶିକ୍ଷା ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାନ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଅଧିକ ସ୍ବାୟତ୍ତତା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ । ଏହାସହ ସମସ୍ତ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବିଶ୍ବମାନର ଏକାଡ଼େମିକ୍ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବ । ଶିକ୍ଷାନିଷ୍ଠାନର ଗଭର୍ଣ୍ଣାସ ଉପରେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଦେବା ସହ ଭାରତୀୟ ଉଚ୍ଚ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଗ ସମସ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷାନୁଷ୍ଠାନ ପାଇଁ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶକ ସାଜିବ ବୋଲି କେନ୍ଦ୍ରମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଧର୍ମେନ୍ଦ୍ର କହିଛନ୍ତି ।
