ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି ଭଳି ଟିକସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବିପଦ । ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଲୁକ୍କାୟିତ ଓ ମନ୍ଦ ଟିକସ । 2009ରୁ 2014 ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆମ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ରୋକିବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ଅର୍ଥମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପିୟୁଷ ଗୋୟଲ ଆଜି ସଂସଦରେ ୨୦୧୯-୨୦ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମ ୪ ମାସ ପାଇଁ କାମଚଳା ବଜେଟ ଆଗତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ବଜେଟ ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ସରକାରଙ୍କର ସଫଳତା ବଖାଣିବା ସହ ସେ ଜନମଙ୍ଗଳ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ଓ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ସମ୍ପର୍କରେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ଦେଶର ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପ୍ରତି ଥିବା ବିପଦକୁ ସରକାର ଆଡେଇବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ମୁଦ୍ରାସ୍ଫୀତି ଭଳି ଟିକସ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଭାରତୀୟ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି ପାଇଁ ଏକ ବିପଦ । ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଏକ ଲୁକ୍କାୟିତ ଓ ମନ୍ଦ ଟିକସ । 2009ରୁ 2014 ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହା ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଆମ ସରକାର ଏହାକୁ ରୋକିବାରେ ସଫଳ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି । ଏହାସହ ୨.୬ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ରିକ୍ୟାପିଟାଲାଇଜେସନ କରାଯାଇଛି ।

ଗୋଏଲ କହିଛନ୍ତି ଯେ ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ସେକ୍ଟରରେ ଖୁବ ଦ୍ରୁତ ବେଗରେ ସଂସ୍କାର ଚାଲିଛି । ବ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଏବଂ ଋଣ ପ୍ରଦାନକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବଡ ବଡ ଋଣ ଖିଲାପକାରୀଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆମ ସରକାର ପ୍ରାୟ ୩ ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏପରିକି ନୋଟବନ୍ଦୀ ଯୋଗୁଁ 1.30 ଲକ୍ଷ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାର କଳାଧନ ଜବତ ହୋଇଛି । ଏହାସହ 3.38 ଲକ୍ଷ ସନ୍ଦିଗ୍ଧ କମ୍ପାନୀଙ୍କ ଚୁକ୍ତି ରଦ୍ଦ କରାଯାଇଛି । କଳାଧନ ରୋକିବା ପାଇଁ ସରକାର ଦୃଢ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ନେଇଥିବା ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏହାସହ ଏବର୍ଷ କରେଣ୍ଟ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ଡେଫିସିଟ ଜିଡିପିର 2.5 ପ୍ରତିଶତ ହେବ ବୋଲି ସେ ସୂଚନା ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ଗତ ୨୦୧୮-୧୯ ଆର୍ଥିକ ବର୍ଷରେ ଏହା 3.4 ପ୍ରତିଶତ ଥିଲା । ତେବେ ଏପରି ହେବା ପଛର କାରଣ ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ଆର୍ଥିକ ସହାୟତା ଯୋଗାଇବା ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି ।
